5. Site:

Murray Bridge - T Nash reported on visit & council proposals - lay a fine gravel road.
- J Bussenschutt gave views of his & Phil’s visit; need to go anti-clockwise; use 120 p.p. posts for pits; need to SEAL western corner.
- T Nash Set up a festival.
- Concerned about time commitment
- who to contact (eg SES, RAA, local police, St John, MMI) - Noel Hodges Ken to arrange meeting with ‘his group’ (first aid, etc) to outline responsibilities.
- Concern of power - MB to solve (temp ETSA generator)
- Security ? MSS to patrol
- track bunting $5,000
- financial help - from entry fees to help start event. Will work with Australian Major Events (world-wide leverage, promotes Murray Bridge)
